Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Flexora's platform, including the website at getflexora.ca and all associated booking pages. By signing up or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

Flexora is operated by AMB Lab (“we”, “us”), based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

2. What Flexora does

Flexora provides aesthetic clinics and health & wellness businesses (“Merchants”) with a branded payment page that enables their clients to pay for services in monthly installments via third-party Buy Now Pay Later (“BNPL”) providers Klarna — processed through Stripe.

Flexora is not a payment processor, lender, or financial institution. We are a software platform. All financing is provided by the BNPL providers and all payments are processed by Stripe.

3. Merchant accounts

  • To use Flexora, you must provide accurate business information and connect a valid Stripe account.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the service packages listed on your booking page, including prices, session counts, and descriptions.
  • You agree to provide the services advertised. Failure to do so may result in chargebacks or disputes managed through Stripe and the applicable BNPL provider.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including consumer protection laws and any regulations governing the sale of health or aesthetic services.

4. Fees

  • Flexora platform fee: $199 CAD per month, per location. Billing begins after your first completed sale through Flexora — you pay nothing until we've made you money. No setup fees, no commissions on sales.
  • Klarna merchant fee: Klarna charges approximately 5–8% per transaction. These fees are paid directly to Klarna, not to Flexora.
  • Stripe fees: Standard Stripe processing fees apply (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction).
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g. GST/QST in Quebec).

5. Free until first sale & cancellation

  • Flexora is free to use until your clinic completes its first sale through the platform. No credit card is required until billing begins.
  • After your first sale, your subscription renews monthly at $199 CAD/month. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date with no penalty.
  • Upon cancellation, your booking page will be deactivated. Your data is retained for 90 days, after which it may be deleted.

6. Intellectual property

Flexora retains all rights to the platform, its design, and its underlying code. You retain ownership of your clinic name, logo, and service content. By uploading content to Flexora, you grant us a license to display it on your booking page.

7. Limitation of liability

Flexora is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost revenue, failed transactions, or disruptions caused by third-party services (Stripe, Klarna, Vercel, etc.).

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to Flexora in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if your account is used in a manner that harms clients or third parties. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
